At Atlas Casa, every rug and piece of home decor is handcrafted to order by artisan weavers in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. Because each item is made specifically for you, please review the details below.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Handmade items typically require 1-3 weeks of production time before shipping, depending on the size and complexity of your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to Spain, France, Italy, and Germany, with more countries added regularly.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing, though handmade and custom pieces may take longer.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Orders are shipped from Morocco and the EU. Depending on your country's regulations, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at contact@atlascasa.es within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
